Frequently Asked Questions:

I primarily photograph small products like decorations, jewelry, cosmetics, and supplements, but I also work with restaurants, bistros, cafés, flower shops, and even hotels and accommodations. However, feel free to reach out even if your product seems outside my usual scope—let’s see what we can create together!

Pricing can vary based on several factors, including the project scope, number of photos, complexity of the setup, shooting location, and post-production work. I’d be happy to create a custom quote tailored to your needs. Just send the details to lexi@stance.studio, and we’ll take it from there!

The final price always includes communication and an online meeting (up to 30 minutes), creation of a mood board, the photo shoot itself, and post-production (including a custom preset, retouching, and other adjustments). For packages that involve scene creation, the price also covers setup arrangements and lighting preparation.

No, studio rental costs are always the responsibility of the client. If a model is required for the photo shoot, their fees will also be covered by the client, based on their respective price list.

Once you reach out to me—typically via email or social media—we’ll schedule a brief online meeting through Zoom or Google Meet. During this meeting, you’ll share your vision, and I’ll provide more details about my process and pricing for the photography. If we agree to proceed with the photo shoot, a 50% advance invoice of the total amount is required before moving forward. This deposit is non-refundable.

After the invoice is paid, I’ll create a mood board, and we’ll set a specific date for the photo shoot. During this phase, I’ll arrange all necessary props, models, and rentals. You’re also welcome to contribute your own ideas to the mood board.

The process varies depending on the package selected. For packages that do not include scene creation (e.g., photo shoots in a café, rented studio, or other locations), we will meet at the chosen venue for the shoot. For scene creation packages, the photo shoot will take place in my home studio. In this case, you’ll send me the products you want photographed, and I’ll design custom scenes for them.

After the photo shoot, I’ll edit the images and deliver the final photos to you in high quality within a week.

Absolutely! I often create shared Pinterest boards with clients to gather and save photo inspiration together.

Yes! Post-production and necessary retouching are always included in the process. Additionally, I create unique presets for each client in their desired style, ensuring that the final photos align perfectly with the brand’s or project’s visual identity.

No, I do not provide RAW files. RAW images are unprocessed and require editing to truly shine. As a photographer, I strive to ensure that the results meet my professional standards and reflect your brand or product effectively. I only deliver fully edited photos that undergo careful post-production to ensure they look their best and are ready for immediate use.

Yes, I can conduct photography sessions within the Rumburg and Liberec areas. Travel outside these locations will be the client’s responsibility, with a charge of 0,25 € per kilometer.

Ensure that all products (or premises) are clean, undamaged, and in perfect condition—I’ll handle the rest!

Wherever we agree upon. Most often, my photos are used on social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms.

Yes, I can photograph products on a pure white background. In this case, I primarily shoot small products in my home studio, so the items will need to be sent to me.

I deliver the photos within a week after the photo shoot.

Yes, I do offer social media management services, but it depends on my current number of regular clients. For more information, please reach out to me at lexi@stance.studio with your specific collaboration idea.
